Platform Rules & User Policy

01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on or using any part of the 3patti boos platform — whether via the website, the mobile app or any other interface — you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the platform. These terms form a binding agreement between you and 3patti boos. Your continued use of the platform after any update to these terms constitutes acceptance of the updated version.

02 Eligibility & Registration

To register and use 3patti boos, you must meet all of the following requirements without exception:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be a natural person — businesses and organisations cannot hold player accounts.
• You must not be on any self-exclusion list that covers this platform.
• You must provide accurate, complete and truthful information during registration.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person when registering or playing.

3patti boos reserves the right to request proof of identity, age and address at any time, including before processing a withdrawal or releasing a bonus. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

We conduct age verification checks as part of the registration process. If at any point it is found that a player is under 18, the account will be immediately closed and any deposits will be returned minus any winnings, which will be forfeited.

03 Account Rules

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one account on 3patti boos. Creating multiple accounts — whether under your own name, using different details or on behalf of another person — is a serious breach of these terms.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account at all times. This includes:

• Keeping your password confidential and not sharing it with anyone.
• Logging out of the platform when using a shared or public device.
• Notifying our support team immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Keeping your contact details, payment information and personal details up to date.

3patti boos is not liable for losses that occur as a result of you sharing your login credentials, failing to log out on a shared device or using a compromised password. If we have reasonable grounds to believe an account has been compromised, we may suspend it temporarily while the situation is investigated.

Accounts that show signs of being used by multiple individuals, or that appear to have been created specifically to take advantage of welcome offers, may be suspended and investigated without prior notice.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 3patti boos are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). We support the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfers, debit cards, credit cards and compatible mobile wallets.

Deposits: Deposits made via JazzCash and Easypaisa are processed instantly and credited to your gaming balance immediately. Bank transfers and card deposits may take slightly longer depending on your financial institution. The minimum deposit amount is clearly stated on the deposit page and may vary by payment method.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, in PKR. To protect against fraud, we do not send funds to third-party accounts or payment methods not previously used on your account. The following conditions apply to all withdrawals:

• Your account must be fully verified before your first withdrawal is approved.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be completed before withdrawing the associated funds.
• Withdrawals below the minimum threshold stated on the withdrawal page will not be processed.
• VIP members at Gold tier and above benefit from expedited withdrawal processing times.

3patti boos reserves the right to request supporting documentation for any withdrawal, particularly for larger amounts or accounts that have not previously withdrawn funds. We do not charge processing fees on standard PKR withdrawals, though your payment provider may have their own charges.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

3patti boos offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general rules, as well as any specific terms stated on the individual promotion page.

• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement. The specific multiplier is stated on each offer — for example, a 10 x wagering requirement on a PKR 1,000 bonus means you must wager PKR 10,000 before withdrawing the bonus or its winnings.
• Bonuses can only be claimed once per person, household, device and IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new players on their first qualifying deposit only.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash outside of the wagering process.
• 3patti boos reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• If a bonus is claimed through fraudulent means — including using multiple accounts or providing false information — the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited and the account may be closed.

Seasonal promotions tied to Pakistan Super League (PSL) matches, T20 World Cup fixtures and other cricket events are available throughout the year. These promotions may have their own specific terms which will be clearly stated on the relevant promotion page at the time of the offer.

06 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and game rounds placed on 3patti boos are final once confirmed. It is your responsibility to check the details of your bet — including the selection, stake amount and odds — before confirming. Once a bet is placed and confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled except where a specific cash-out or edit feature is explicitly available.

The following rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on the platform:

• Bets are accepted in PKR at the odds or game parameters displayed at the time of placement.
• In the event of an obvious technical error in odds or game settings, 3patti boos reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and game types. These are displayed within each relevant section of the platform.
• Cricket markets — including PSL, T20 international series and domestic tournaments — are subject to the specific rules of each market type, which are available within the sportsbook.
• In-play betting is available on selected events. Odds during live betting fluctuate in real time and may be suspended during critical moments of a match.
• Fish game outcomes are determined by the platform's certified random number generation system. Results are final.
• Bingo session results are final once the session host has confirmed the outcome.

Any suspected match-fixing, manipulation or collusion identified during the review of betting activity will result in immediate account suspension, voiding of all related bets and referral for further investigation.

07 VIP Programme

The 3patti boos VIP programme rewards active players with real PKR cashback, faster withdrawals, higher limits and dedicated account management at higher tiers. The programme operates across five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond.

VIP points are earned through qualifying real-money betting and gaming activity. The rate at which points are earned, and the thresholds required for each tier, are displayed on the VIP page. The following rules apply to the VIP programme:

• VIP tier status is reviewed on a rolling monthly basis. Falling below the minimum activity threshold for your current tier may result in a downgrade at the next review period.
• Weekly PKR cashback is credited directly to your main real-money balance with no additional wagering requirement attached.
• VIP benefits — including higher withdrawal limits and faster processing — are active for the duration of your current tier period.
• 3patti boos reserves the right to modify VIP tier thresholds, benefit structures and point earning rates at any time. Existing members will be notified of significant changes.
• VIP status cannot be transferred between accounts or sold to another player.

08 Responsible Gaming

09 Privacy & Data

3patti boos collects and processes personal data as part of the account registration, verification and payment processes. This includes your name, contact details, date of birth, payment information and gaming activity records.

Your personal data is used solely for the purposes of operating your account, processing PKR transactions, verifying your identity and communicating with you about your account and relevant promotions. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

All data is stored using industry-standard encryption. Payment credentials such as JazzCash or Easypaisa account numbers are handled securely and are not stored beyond the immediate transaction process where possible.

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on 3patti boos and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds and possible referral for further action:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person in doing so.
• Providing false, misleading or stolen identity information during registration or verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with games.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, glitches or misconfigured odds for financial gain.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering or using the platform to process funds from illegal activity.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes or sporting results in any way.
• Using VPN services or other methods to circumvent account restrictions or geographic controls.

3patti boos monitors account activity and transaction patterns. Where prohibited conduct is identified, we reserve the right to act immediately without providing advance notice to the account holder.

11 Account Termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Closing your account voluntarily does not affect any pending withdrawal requests, which will be processed in the normal course provided all verification requirements have been met and no bonus wagering obligations are outstanding.

3patti boos reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, including in circumstances where:

• The account holder is found to have violated any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• The account shows signs of fraudulent activity, identity misrepresentation or prohibited conduct.
• A bonus abuse pattern has been identified across one or more linked accounts.
• The account holder has not completed identity verification within the required timeframe.

In the event of account closure due to a breach of these terms, 3patti boos reserves the right to withhold balances pending investigation. If the breach is confirmed, all funds associated with the breach — including deposits made during the period of violation — may be forfeited.

12 Limitation of Liability

3patti boos provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we work hard to maintain uptime and service reliability, we cannot guarantee that the platform will be free from interruptions, errors or technical issues at all times.

To the fullest extent permitted, 3patti boos shall not be liable for:

• Financial losses resulting from platform downtime, technical errors or delayed transactions beyond our control.
• Losses resulting from a player's own decision-making, including betting decisions and gaming choices.
• Losses caused by a player sharing their account credentials or failing to secure their login details.
• Indirect, consequential or special damages of any kind arising from use of the platform.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

13 Changes to These Terms

3patti boos may update or revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. When significant changes are made, we will notify registered players through the platform's notification system or via the contact details on file for your account.

The date at the top of this page reflects when these terms were last updated. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically and stay informed of any changes. Continuing to use the platform after an update is posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

If you disagree with a change to these terms, you should stop using the platform and contact our support team to discuss closing your account and withdrawing any available balance.
